Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, right by the coast and central to everything, but the room had poor sound insulation, was too hot even in late November, and smaller than expected. The service was overall good with some exceptions, like the bar being unattended for extended periods. The dining experience was very good, offering a variety of fresh options, but the noise levels were bothersome at times.
My stay at the hotel was overall delightful. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a lovely veranda offering a view of the port and beach. The only downside was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but the tasty breakfast made up for it.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and good-sized with nice cotton sheets and a veranda offering a beautiful view of the port and the beach. However, there was a slight smell of smoke present. The location was excellent, just next to the port and a short walk from the beach, although the storage space was a bit lacking. The dining options catered well to international tastes, but could be pricey for light breakfast eaters. The service, except for Rafael on the first night, was somewhat unfriendly and hindered by a language barrier. Despite this, the hotel had great facilities including an outdoor pool overlooking the sea and port.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but it was too hot, forcing us to keep the balcony door open and endure traffic noise. Service was good overall, from providing teapots to attentive staff. The location was excellent for exploring the city center, with great views over the port, but slightly misleading. The dining options were varied and satisfying. Facilities were well-maintained, with a lovely little pool to enjoy.
The hotel room was unexpectedly spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the harbor and ferries, though it tended to get too hot even in November, requiring the balcony door to be kept open for ventilation despite the traffic noise. The service was accommodating but had some delays during check-in. The location near the coast and beaches was great, although not ideal for exploring without a car or taxi. The dining options were good overall with minor issues like a lack of clean cups and glasses. The hotel had lovely gardens and fountains but needed more staff and furniture to enhance the holiday experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while not as clean as expected, were spacious and offered an excellent view of the city, including the impressive Alcazaba fortress. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially in the restaurant and bar areas. The location provided great views but had some downsides for my brother. The dining experience had a good variation but was overall average. The facilities were adequate and offered some value for money.
The hotel offered spacious and comfortable rooms with amazing views, but the noise level was disruptive, prompting us to seek a refund due to the unsuitable location for my brother. Despite this, the location was superb, offering close proximity to the beach and city while providing safety and convenience. The dining experience exceeded expectations but was somewhat expensive for basic items, and the service, although courteous, required guests to take on certain responsibilities. Overall, the hotel had positive aspects such as great views, but also concerning factors like cleanliness issues and noise disturbances.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered amazing views of the port and the swimming pool, but they were smaller than expected for a hotel of this standard. However, the friendly staff quickly accommodated our request to change rooms, even though we arrived late. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the port, beach, and city center, with plenty of parking options around. The dining experience was a bit expensive, especially for light eaters, and the breakfast could be improved. Overall, a great location with some room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel is in a great location, perfect for exploring the city and surrounding area with clean and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly, but service could be slow at times. The dining options were good, although a bit disorganized. The pool area was lovely, providing a nice retreat during the stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms offered more than just the basics and had amazing views of the port and pool. Although they were a bit smaller than I expected for this level of hotel, the views made up for it. The service was generally wonderful, especially from Rafael on the first night, but there were some issues with communication and upfront demands for payment. The location was perfect, close to the port, shops, and beach, making it easy to explore the city. As for the dining experience, it was fantastic, catering to various tastes with delicious Nespresso coffee, but it could have offered a bit more variety. The facilities were top-notch and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay.
